STOICISM Meaning
(The broad meaning of a still mind!)
This is an ideology. This is one of the ideologies of those who have grown up through great hardships. When their intelligence has increased, they have understood the secret of life, and have reached a state where they do not need anything, that is, they forget even the slightest selfishness, and yearn to give something to these visible and changing things. This is a Greco-Roman philosophy, which later became famous in China as well. From Gautama Buddha to Balagopal, this ideology can be seen in almost all activists and reformers, if we take such people as examples.
People who have this ideology do not care about their personal lives. It is not that they do not have difficulties and tears. They do, and those who cling to them protect them. Just as Jenny protected Marx, Ramabai protected Ambedkar, and Krupaskaya protected Lenin.. These are the ones who treat them like children, standing in the background so that no one can see them while they do their work
This is the problem for them when there is no one to stand up for them. The problem is nothing, it is to die. Sometimes by force. When a person descends from the selfishness of “my family” to the selfishness of “me”, when can he care about another person? It is difficult for people with a stoic ideology to survive in this society, from a person who can’t even look at the other person’s face and smile.
They don’t recognize their difficulties, they don’t tell us, they just quietly leave without telling anyone.
