The word mother is a common noun. Almost every woman plays the role of a mother. If a mother is great, then every woman is also great. How does that happen? How does every woman who becomes a mother become great. What is the purpose behind attributing greatness like that? Any common noun that is attributed greatness is to deprive the rights of those who play that role. The woman is not recognized as an equal human being by the illusion that a mother is great. The purpose behind this greatness is that society dictates that a woman who does not believe that greatness is true should behave that way.
A mother is also a woman. She is also a human being. Like every human being, she has emotions, hopes, aspirations, desires, the freedom to make her own decisions, and values. Society has no moral right to say no to that, or the right to dictate it. She has the right to be free towards her children just as she is free towards everyone else.
Mothers Love in Existentialism context: mind of a mother
Mother’s love is great.. great.. and if she makes any decision freely, she is blamed for bringing a stain on her mother. How many sons do not bring stains on their son? Do we ever see them as mistakes? There are many who think that the distances created while alive should be brought closer after death. But after death, there is no connection between that person and that person’s body. It is a mistake to think that the love of all those who went for that body reaches him. In fact, he does not exist.
But many people spend a lot of money and perform rituals for the dead with great pomp and show. They have nothing to do with the dead person except to show the rest of the society that we love that dead person.
