Many people think that an introvert is depressed when they see you. They don’t know the difference between social anxiety, depression, and introversion.
Let’s say we are on a train journey. There may be many people traveling in it. Some of them are talking. Where did they come from, where are they going, and what did they study? People with depression do not have a present mind. They worry about the past. Or they worry about the future.
The faces of people with depression are also oily. People with depression look a little depressed.
Introverts are enthusiastic about working.
People with depression are also more likely to have higher blood sugar levels than people of the same age.
Similarly, people with social anxiety tend to be more self-conscious when they have to talk to four people. But introverts try to talk to as many people as necessary.
So, people in this depression are stuck in a loop and even if they try to get out, many may not be able to get out. So if you first contact an external psychologist, they will provide counseling, and if necessary, they will refer you to a psychiatrist for medicine.
