Society Illusion – Influence Truth
We live in a society. We believe that man is a social animal. Here, we need to understand what society means. Man is also like an animal. Animals too live together. They hunt together and share food. When early humans lived, food was not readily available. Because they tried to survive individually, they often fell prey to animals.Trying individually is disadvantageous. Realizing that hunting becomes easier when we work together as a group, humans established a rule. That rule was: we must hunt together. We must share whatever we get equally among ourselves. Even if the yield is small, we must still share it equally. Establishing such rules is what constitutes a society. A society is not just a group of people. A group is different. There are ten people outside; that’s a group. It only becomes a society when there is an agreement among them. There is an agreement among those ten people: we must hunt today. Whatever food we get, we must share it equally and eat it. On that day’s hunt, those ten people found 700 biscuits. Each person gets 70. They satisfy 70% of their hunger and prepare for the next day’s hunt.
What happened during the distribution? He gave me only 69, as he put it into words. I asked, “You only gave me 69; you haven’t given me the other one.” He gave me that one. The person distributing also gave the person next to him only 69. Now, whether I question him or not is my option. There is no loss to me if I don’t ask. Let’s say the person next to me received 71. Then I would definitely ask, “You distributed it this way, and because of this, others, including me, are at a disadvantage.” If the same person gives me 71%, then whether I ask or not is optional.
This duality exists in society. If I get less, I definitely ask. If I get more, it becomes optional. Similarly, if others receive less, it becomes optional. But if they receive more, I am definitely questioning it. This is the general mental state of every person in society.
That is, there is a variation in the rules of society here. When it comes to oneself and others, the approach one follows changes.
Instead of that, everyone shared the food equally that day. They ate and went to sleep. But let’s say that night, one person got up and killed four others. What happened then? The rule was broken. The four who died can’t get up and question him, can they? And will the remaining five questions that person? No. They need him. He is very strong. He is a good hunter, so they will go with him. Now what happened? The rule is gone. The ones who are alive constitute the society. There’s nothing to be done about those who are gone, and doing anything won’t be of any use either. Social rules are not absolute. People follow them, or they face punishment. But if they succeed, there is no punishment.

For example, some governments that have won here make decisions according to their own interests.
The rules in society are not absolute; they are merely benchmarks. That rule will never protect you. For example, there is a girl who is late from work at midnight and is going home. There are drunkards there. According to the law, they shouldn’t do anything to her. But if she just walks straight ahead thinking that the law exists, there’s a chance they might rape her. Let’s say a rape occurs. If they go to court, the perpetrators will be punished. But that doesn’t erase the rape. We say justice has been served if the rapist is punished. That’s not justice. They are giving some compensation and saying justice has been served. They are just giving them some money and silencing them. That is not justice.
