Children respect us if we behave the way we do.
Once the parents understand that they are lying, there is a chance that they will become very mean to the children. If the children understand that they are lying in an attempt to control the children, the way they see the parents changes.
Children understand that they are lying and look at the parents lightly. Similarly, when parents have a get-together, they meet their tenth grade or old friends. After meeting them, they lie to the family members to continue the friendship. They go out with them and share the photos of the meeting outside on social media on WhatsApp. When they do this, they may not notice this when they are young. However, if they are adults or the children are adults, there is a chance that they will notice it more. When the parents need to put the children on display, then they will be able to question you and ask you if you did that then.
If the children are adults and do not live together after marriage, there will naturally be arguments and fights.
Once the photos are shared on social media, there is no chance of them going out. They always come across once. There is a possibility that a son who sees those photos may feel inferior towards his daughter-in-law or in-laws.
So what needs to be understood here is that in order to control children, parents should be more honest. They should learn to say that they know if they know and that they don’t know if they don’t know. The more honest they are, the better.
