guilt
The feeling that I have done something wrong. For ordinary people, this is somewhat necessary.
Naturally, if there is no guilt, there is a possibility of making the same mistake again.
Many people who suffer from mental disorders have guilt.
People who suffer from anxiety disorders and depression often feel guilty. They want no one to suffer because of them. But what we need to understand here is
Since childhood, parents, teachers, and spiritual leaders have all pushed us into extreme guilt to control us.
Even parents, you should not talk to certain people. If you talk, you have a bad character; you should talk to good people only. You should not talk to those who sit on the back bench.
You try to control them by making them feel guilty that you are doing something wrong.
When children are subjected to unrealistic discipline and are made to feel extremely guilty, children become accustomed to lying. Or suffer from extreme anxiety. There are four girls in a family. The last girl has completed her intermediate. She got a seat in B.Tech. She lives in a college hostel. That girl suffers from extreme OCD.
She thinks that someone will come and hug her from behind. Her family members tell her that she should definitely not love anyone.
She is afraid that she will love someone without knowing it. Thus, she feels extremely guilty and suffers from OCD.What people with OCD need to know is whether it was done intentionally or accidentally.
Also, everyone doesn’t need to suffer if they make mistakes in their life.
At the time, it seemed like the right decision.
I can’t focus on my work because I’m worried about this mistake. I can’t focus on my work because my brain shuts down.
I have to face a lot of difficulties like this.
Here, we just need to realize our mistakes. There is no such thing as good or bad.
Do you understand How to deal with guilt.
