Parents also do emotional blackmail. If you don’t listen to me, you will not have my support. This is more like emotional blackmail by mothers. Why do they do this emotionally, fearing that their children will go astray?

If you give it to them when they cry, saying, “What if they cry? You’re the only son,” they learn emotional blackmail. Next time, emotional blackmail will increase even more.

Parents also do emotional blackmail. If you drink alcohol, you won’t get my support; a father threatens you to drink drugs, thinking your father is dead.

We should explain that matter; we should explain to them from a young age how much damage is done by doing that.

Children become more interested in things that we say no to. We can’t stop children; they learn emotional blackmail.

A nine-year-old child became very addicted to screens. Then they told that child at school that if they look at their mobile, their eyes will go blind, and if they look at their crow’s eyes, they will go high. The child lowered the screen, but she is afraid to go to school.

So trying to control them through fear will only lead to further damage.
